We want you obsessed — not just okay. If it's not a perfect match, here's how we make it right.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your piece. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached. Basically: try it on, twirl once, but keep it studio-fresh until you're sure.
How to start a return or exchange
Head to our Contact page with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a refund, a different size, or a different saying. We'll send back instructions and a return label. Easy.
Refunds
Once your return lands back with us and passes a quick once-over, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a couple extra days to show it — banks move at their own tempo.
Exchanges
Wrong size or fell for a different saying? We'll swap it, subject to availability. If your new pick costs a little more or less, we'll sort out the difference before it ships.
Custom & personalized pieces
Because custom sayings are made just for you, they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake, in which case we've absolutely got you.
Damaged or wrong item
If something shows up flawed, defective, or just plain not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right fast — no return shipping cost on us-made mistakes.
