Processing time
We hand-pack every order with care, so give us a little runway. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces may take an extra day or two — worth it, we promise.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimums, no fine print, no math. Yes, really.
Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 4–8 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and can shift during holidays, recital season, and other beautiful chaos.
Tracking
The moment your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking number so you can watch it make its grand entrance. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder — tracking emails love to hide there).
Wrong address? Package playing hide-and-seek?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's on its way. If your tracking says delivered but your order pulled a disappearing act, reach out within 7 days and we'll help you track it down.
